Vancouver – Vancouver, British Columbia: Camino Minerals Corp. (“Camino” or the “Company”) (COR: TSX Venture) has received and accepted the resignation of Blaine A. Monaghan as V.P. Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary, a role he has held since February 2010. Mr. Monaghan is leaving to join Mark O’Dea’s Oxygen Capital Corp. Oxygen is a private company that provides a full range of financial, corporate and geological management services to private and publicly traded exploration and development companies operating nationally and internationally, including Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. (LGF: TSX-V), Pilot Gold Inc. (PLG: T), True Gold Mining Inc. (TGM: TSX-V) and True North Nickel Inc. (private).
Gordon Davis, CEO and Chairman of Camino commented, “Blaine joined Canplats Resources Corp. Following Blaine Monaghan’s resignation, Carey Warden has been appointed as Corporate Secretary.
